In addition, it also has iron, thanks to which red blood cells are produced, very important in blood diseases and anemia, and it contains fiber necessary for the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Linseed oil is a raw material rich in valuable unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega-6. It contains many vitamins, including vitamins A, C, E, B vitamins, valuable enzymes and proteins.

Corn oil also contains unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, it is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, zinc and lecithin.

Nettle leaves have an excellent effect on the skin and hair, improves digestion, soothes inflammation, has a positive effect on blood pressure and reduces sugar levels.

One of the long-term health effects of Juki Schidiger is its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on the joints.
